They Advertise on Monster.Com, and perhaps other job boards.
The office is a "ghetto" 3 room office with loud music and an attractive receptionist.
You will be givin very little information about the marketing company in the "preliminary" interview.
You WILL be called for a second interview.

I am a former employee of Milton Marketing, and came across Shane's write up on this particular website. I had a chance to work at Milton Marketing for four months, and were it not for unfortunate circumstances, I would still be there.
I came to Milton as a graduate of Northwestern in October and was delighted with the young, upbeat atmosphere that it provided. I was able to learn about several Fortune 500 clients that Milton represents, and greatly expended my limited experience in the marketing and sales field.
Althought the opportunity did not work out for me, I would recommend it to any friends or associates who were looking to explore it. CYDCOR and Milton Marketing are great opportunities in a market that seems to be contracting every day. I still keep in touch with a couple of their employees and know that they are doing well and are very motivated by what Milton Marketing has to offer.
I would recommend that Shane call the different clients that Milton represents and find out why they would associate with a 'deceptive, cult brainwashing company'.
