Iam or i should say a former client of kathy Minch. I feel so sorry for her employees. I have heard so many stories,but took them with a grain of salt untill i read these reports on here. She should be ashamed of herself if it wasnt for her employees who always did a great job in my home she wouldnt have a business. And to rip your employees off with Christmas tips that they fully deserve OH MY GOODNESS. Im just glad i came to my senses and read these reports.

you kathy are laughable with your phony lawyer stories, you are a dirty rotten thief who should be ashamed to even show your face...everyone I know that has come in contact with you would def agree...thats why your last business partner split up the co with you & i have 1st hand knowledge 1/2 of the clients that went with you are back with the other cleaning co! your scum and you've been reported to the IRS for fraud & stealing ex employees ss#'s...karma will get you for all the wrong & using you've done, it will catch up to you can bet on that!

The stories that you have heard are untrue and it is a shame that you have been led down the wrong path. The clients, current staff and the numereous people who know of me, worked for years with me...know the truth!!! I have never kept Christmas tips from my hard-working staff! Instead staff has always been requested to bring the gifts back to the office so that all parties who worked at each clean were given the respect deserved by distributing the tips fairly between them. All funds received in this office were split between all cleaners. No office staff received funds or presents that are sent in by clients. My true clients believe and trust that I will have their items given to the personnel who worked dilgently throughout the year.
At this point, I have retained my lawyers to handle this situation and stop this deformation of character, the slanderous attacks and above all to protect the current staff & clientele. Thank you.
