I have an avatar in Entropia Universe, a few years ago, this avatar started a losing streak that has never ended. I created a new avatar, and played them both. The new avatar, sometimes wins, sometimes loses, normal. The old avatar still constantly loses at everything. I reported this issue to Entropia support, they called it a "conspiracy theory". I believe this is clear evidence of fraud.

Mindark is NOT a bank

Since contacting Swedish authorities, I have found out that they are not a bank, as they claim in their press releases. They only have a "financial institution" license in Sweden, so they are regulated little, if any. Their press release was an obvious lie. Swedish authorities are investigating them for accepting payments when the payment information was different from the Entropia account information.

Now Locked Out of Account

I have asked them repeatedly to close my account, and send me the balance, not only have they refused to close it, they locked me out of accessing my assets and they "suggested" that I abandon my account. Since they hold a banking license, I have contacted financial inspectors in Sweden.
