Free sample offered, pay only s/h and you end with an amount taken for products sent you didn't order from your account in addition to the 'free' sample. A complete scam. You can't get it stopped. Even stopping costs money. Deceitfull, just plain fraud. There is no such thing as a 'free offer' Consumers beware.

Customers Should Read Terms and Conditions of Offer

AUTHOR: Michelle2993 - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 05, 2009

When shopping on the internet customers should always read the terms and conditions of any offers they sign up for. It is clearly stated prior to the customer submitting their credit card information for the order that the free trial is for a limited time span on a two month supply of the makeup. Within the given trial period (the dates are given on her invoice in the package and the terms and conditions at the time of sign up) the customer needs to contact our customer service department to cancel their membership and obtain return instructions for the makeup kit. They will then have 30 days to return the product to avoid further charges. If a customer does not contact us within the trial period, they will be billed the full price of the two month supply.

This customer should contact our customer service department at 1-866-363-6797. Our customer service agents will be able to help her further.

Sincerely,

Michelle
