Mineral Springs Resort & Spa SET US UP TO BE RIPPED OFF thieves Desert Hot Springs California

My name is Rebecca Goehner and I am the Executive Director of Sales & Marketing at Mineral Springs Resort & Nirvana Spa located in the nation's mineral water capital, Desert Hot Springs, California. (All of the water in Desert Hot Springs is pure, natural colloidal mineral water.)

I was shocked when reviewing data on the Internet as a course of my job, to find this "RIP-OFF" article. I am not going to spend my space here, knocking,"Tre" (Anthony?). We are in the private resort business, and degrading our guests (even the bad ones) is not our style.

However, I feel compelled to respond to the ludicrous accusations of Mr."Tre."

First of all, we are not staffed by criminals. All of our staff are highly qualified and trained individuals. To date only one of our workers (and not a part of the staff) has ever been rehabilitated for a felony, and that person is a born again Christian and not on parole.

We have no surcharge for telephone calls, and local calls are only 25 cents. 800 calls are free. 411 costs the same as a home phone: 75 cents. We do not mark up phone prices, they are very reasonable. However, we cannot help it if our guests let their friends use their room phone for their long distance calling. A sizable bill will accumulate, just as it would on your home phone.

The individual Mr. Tre befriended that "stole" his car was in no way associated with the hotel. Rather, it was a man that Tre befriended amonst his peer group while in Desert Hot Springs. The man was vulgar and loud and had been banned from the grounds of our resort for causing a commotion on the property while a guest of Mr. Tre's. When Mr. Tre checked out of Mineral Springs he drove away in his 1990 Mercedes. It was NOT "stolen" (or given away by him) while he stayed here.

When Mr. Tre first arrived he told us a similar story as the one he wrote above, about the community he had just left. There was a "gang of people" out to get him and his money and old cars, and the Los Angeles police were after him in a covert, secret society type way. He came here hiding from the same situation, as he has fantasized above.

As for the police being partners in crime to the "Mineral Springs Resort gang" well - I was laughing so hard at that point in the reading, that I had to wipe my eyes. Let me take this opportunity to familiarize you with the real "Mineral Springs Resort & Nirvana Spa."

We are located 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and within 20 minutes of 5 beautiful, huge new Indian gaming casinos.
