I have made several in game purchases that were positive but after awhile several months some "unexpected" glitch started happening. I was charged but never received any items. I have respectfully emailed the company and got a computer response, I waited a few weeks and emailed again, same thing. I have since erased the app from my phone and to my surprise was charged Oct. 2, 2015 for an in game purchase that was not authorized, plus I deleted the game 3 weeks ago. I have again contacted the company and reported them to apple. After reading several other complaints I decided to file this report.
