Llyssa St.Martin is now a licensed breeder in Minnesota as of a few months ago but has been selling unhealthy kittens for over 6 years. She was in Fairbault Minnesota and just moved to the twin cities. He kittens come with a health guarantee yet my kitten is over two years old and still struggles with ear infections, always ill.

Ear infections are among the conditions breeders cannot guarantee. They are often the result of a lack of upkeep or maintenance (cleaning ears, bathing, etc.). Unfortunately, once the cat or kitten leaves the breeder's home, the breeder has no control over how the cat or kitten is being taken care of, and therefore, cannot offer a guarantee to cover certain conditions.
The fact that the person who filed this "complaint" suggests they have encountered the ear infections multiple times further substantiates that improper upkeep is very likely since, once treated, regular cleaning and care should prevent any reoccurances.
