Mint Jobs stated to email for assistance never got help- requested refund (30 day money back guarantee) and still haven't heard from them ripoff internet

I was looking for ways to work from home. I found a site that said mintjobs.com was one of the best for not being a scam. Although skeptical, went ahead and ordered.

Found that I needed help as the information was not as "EASY - TO - READ" as stated. Emailed them with a promise to be contacted within 72 hours. Never heard from them.

After no contact and 3-4 emails sent, I decided to cancel and get my money back. But ofcourse, there is no number to call and emails have still gone unanswered. The number on my bank statement went to an automted response which circled me back to the beginning.
