When I found it hard to register a new password, I wanted to cancel the account--it was unmanageable. I have tried to cancel on the website but I get a message, wrong password. But that is the password AI use to open the site. I get email messages confirming receipt of my request but no follow through. I am fed up with its operations and want to warn others not to get involved.

REtraction!

AUTHOR: Mimnull - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, May 09, 2009

I realized this morning that I had entered my password in capital letters. The site did not recognize the caps because I had set in in lower case letters. I have since succeeded in the desired task and want to withdraw my complaint against Mint. Please delete it as not needed. Thank you.Miriam Null
