The website used to say “we only sell products at hand” and bashed other for doing pre-order, well…. my order placed in the beginning of December/2013 has not arrived yet and after some e-mails with explanations for delays (making clear no product was in stock) the company simply stopped answering. At least it is a US established LLC and so I will sue for my money, the misrepresentation, and lost opportunity.
