was told by mintsim that i would not loose anything, my music comes from my phone, there were not towers to ping off and couldnt play my music, asked for a refund, told me i would get one and never refunded any of the $60.00 I PAID. now saying i wouldnt get a refund, they ripped me off! and they lied about that and my service.
