Ordered their "Free Trial" items not seeing a cancellation policy anywhere. Just happenned to check my credit card account to see the charges on my account. Needles to say I was shocked to see charges there, Didn't know you have to pay for free items.
I cancelled the order on the telephone answering prompts not knowing I needed to talk to a person to get a refund.
Called to find out when I could expect the refund on my account and was told I wouldn't get one because I didn't request one at the time I cancelled! Told representative of skin care that I was disputing charges and she just kept telling me they were within their time to charge, she offered 50% then 75% refund but told her I was still disputing with my bank. Surprisingly I got $$ back. Called for eye care but could only get 30% back from them.
