This company has a nice website and probably the best price on seo and search engine listing placement you will find. Don't be tricked though! It's al a part of their plan. They seem to be located in another country like china or Japan. That should have been a red flag for me right there. They took my money and I didn't see my business on any of the first page listings results. They only made false promises. Then when I request a refund after I told them I was'nt seeing any results they gave me the run around and still haven't refunded me my money. They also claim to have a money back gaurantee. Pleased don't use this company!

Great company with great prices.

Writing this so those out there go to these chaps and ladies when they want their business promoted in the right way and a way that gives really good results. I signed up and I think it was within just 2 days they had loads of work already done, the keyword reports the new site SEO and submissions all complete. It all went really really fast and they are friendly at every turn and there every day of the week from what I know.

I have told loads of people about them and how happy I was and still am. Low prices are just what us small business people need.

Customer of 1 year Miramarone are Great People

Mirmarone have served us for over 1 year. They only got us the best results and got our business to the very top of Google. And I do mean the very top of Google.

Yes they are cheap, very cheap, but thats a good thing for our small business. We dont have a huge budget to spend on interent ads and marketing. They fit the bill, they did the job and they continue to do a great job.

I would take the negative review on here with a pinch of salt. Credit were credits due. We think Miramarone are great. 

I guess you cant please everyone all of the time. But they please us and all the people we have recommend them to. And thats all that matters. They deliver.

 Miramarone look after three of my websites and are professional people who get me brilliant results. I've been their customer now for years and don't have one bad word to say about them. I HIGHLY recommend them because they are cheap and got me brilliant rankings.

Wanted to share my two cents on this miramar group. Been serving my plumber outfit here in Atlanta for about a year or so now and have got pretty high praise for them all in all.

I found this really odd thread with the 2 disgruntled customers on this page when I accidently entered their web address in the Big G rather than in my address bar lol! I have had so many dealings with miramar, my own personal rep there and their techie staff that I just had to write in and say these guys and gals are cool and have always been there, and yep I even sometimes email them for a chat in the middle of their night and some one always get back to me!

All I know is that they got my site right to the top really quick and have kept me up there. I was spnding a lot on adverts and stuff and just dropped it all. I spend about $28 a month or so and well worth the money spent.

Its easy to write stuff about a company thats bad so thought I would write in about the good.

Total Scam!

I purchased this servcie plus the addtional 19.99 for them to so call make updates "weekly on my site". they never and I repeat never delivered on what they said. from the time they got my money, they ran!. I contacted them by email numerous times and it was clear they were not working on anything SEO services on my site and everytime it was the same old thing. They kept saying they will check on it, sorry, this never happens and the typicall scams artist replies. It's been 6 months since then and I still haven't gotten my money back and they have totally ignored my messages now. Hopefully this will help some other poor sucker out tere that they are getting ready to scam. DON'T TRUST THEM AND DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY!!!!

Unrealistic Expectations

I'm not afiliated with this company in any way, shape, or form.

I actully am a marketer and was looking for a cheap company to outsource SEO tasks too so that I can concentrate on client Acquisition, when I found this companies website and ran a quick review check.

 

The seo proccess usually takes far longer then 3 weeks. What were you using to track progress? Rank tracker software? If not, and even if so, there is not perfect method of determing if progress is being made in 3 weeks. It would be difficult in some cases, depending on the level of compeition to see progress in 3 months. 

 

I think that you gave these guys a bad deal, and hope that anybody who see's this complaint researches further.

 

Maybe someone who has used them for a 6 months or a year can post their experience. That would be a far better testimony as to the quality of their service.

We want you to know that we are very, very sorry for the failing in your campaign and subsequent follow-ups. We are very pleased that you received your refund in full as promised.

But that does not excuse the issues you experienced and again, for that we can only say - we are very, very sorry.

Standing up tall and taking account of an issue is of course good practise and this is not the type of service we want to provide to our many thousands of clients.

One unhappy customer is one unhappy customer too many.

I'm the customer to whom it may concern. The need to file this report was felt after a 3 week period of no results as promised in 2 weeks online and a 2 week long refund process. That refund was applied for twice and still not received. Then I had to make threats to be told I would receive my refund in 24 hours with no confirmation email. After I filed the report I then finally received an email refund confirmation from paypal. Instead of the 24 hours promised it then took another 3 to 4 more days to receive my full refund. No new customers for my company and no first page listing as promised. A month and a half of a headache. Sorry guys but the truth is the truth.

P.S.  Refund was finally given.

To Whom It May Concern:

We strive to deliver the very best in terms of Customer Support to our clients, and this specific customer did reach out to us on 2 occasions to request cancellation of the account and for a refund to be issued.

The request of course, as part of our full satisfaction guarantee, was fully honored. Whilst it is the hope to always meet and exceed, 100% the satisfaction of every customer, at times and with great regret that satisfaction might not always be reached and on this occasion our client above was not answered as quickly as he should have been.

It should be noted that a full refund was fully authorized before the posting by the client above, and the client was asked specifically the requested refund method and assured it would be processed within 24 hours of that final instance. That refund has now been fully refunded and notification of this sent to the client.

Reaching out to our Customer Support team is the first and only element of contact our clients need to ensure they receive and enjoy 7 days a week hands-on support. On this occasion we failed to deliver the robust service to our client that should have been delivered.

With regards to the actual service provided, whilst we have a huge success rate, at times of course there can be failings which is why we have a full satisfaction refund guarantee which was fully honored. Whilst failure is never something any service wants to fall into the category of, where there is any failure we ensure a refund is provided.

Our Customer Support team have reached back out to this client to wish him the very best for the future, and to apologize for the delay, which I must re-emphasize, was resolved with the client before this above posting was made aware to us.

We thank the client greatly for his time and appreciation and are very, very sorry that the need was felt to post the comments above when a Customer Support team member had already reached back out to the client and was undertaking full resolution.

This said, a failing occured on our part in terms of timescales and we take full responsibility for the delay. We wish the client the very best going forward.
