As a member in good standing with an A plus rating with the Better Business Bureau of Houston I would urge the person who made this post to please back it up with some fact and at least some details about their complaint. The proper channels would be to reach out to an organization like the BBB that can investigate the complaint and assist in rectifying the situation. I would be happy to talk to this individual about their claims and put right anything they may have a problem with. In the absence of any fact I can only assume the chief purpose of this post is to slander my reputation based on nothing. Shame on you.
