*General Comment: Miravie is a SCAM
I oradered the trial size of MiraVie Skin Cream+Eye Serum on the internet
only having to pay $4.95 and $5.95 for two bottles. I did not realize that
I had to cancel in 14 days. I just received another package in the mail on
January 2, 2016 without my authorization and will be charges to my checking
account will be made in the amout of $85.95 monthly. I tried to contact them
and was on the phone for over an hour trying to get through. This is a Scam
indeed. I want to cancel immediately and send back this unopened package
I just received. What am I to do?

Miravie is a SCAM
AUTHOR: Jennie D - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, January 05, 2016
Hello,
I am sorry and also a victim. This morning I just found out through a fraud alert from my credit card company of not one but two unauthorized transactions of $89 and $85, supposedly one for the eye serum and the other for the skin cream. I am sure many others have fell for this. I myself was not aware of a 14 day trial period and thought I was only paying the shipping charges of $4 and $5 to try them out.
I called Miravie immediately to cancel both accounts and future autoship subscription. I told them they are a scam because nowhere did I saw in writing. The decided to give me a 30 or 35% refund of each charges and stated that I agreed to their contract when I completed my billing information. I was very upset but they that's all they are willing to settle. I went back to their website and put in some fictitious billing information. In fine print that is greyed out so you don't notice it is their terms and conditions before you click "complete checkout." I am still upset that they are able to get away with this.
They did state in their terms and conditions "If for any reason you do not find this product is right for you, we will gladly give you a full refund, no questions asked." So, I suggest telling them option1: you used their product but it sucks and you demand a full refund or option 2: you haven't used it but was not aware of the 14 day trial and want a refund, which they will only grant 30% refund of the total.
Sorry, this is indeed a scam!
