We compared Mitchell1 to the ALLDATA Product before agreeing and the Quickbooks integration was a key component of our decision. Shortly after signing a one year contract, Mitchell1 Updated their product-Quickbooks no longer functioned. They refuse to cancel a contract, are impossible to reach a decision maker via phone, and are simply not interested in helping a customer-small business owners beware.
