I ordered and paid for a handbag in December 2014 shipment was due within 10 days of order.  To date I have not received the ordered goods and after making many attempts I am asking for your assistance in determing whether or not this is a scam.

I was given an invoice and order confirmation number which is listed below

 "Here is the invoice #920120505 for your order #920120757".

PS: Anxious to know if I was scammed.
