I approved a charge of $26.00 and free shipping and was sent a confirming email for the charge. However, in a subsequent email I was informed that the invoice on my bill would be "a bit higher".  I then emailed a cancellation for a refund, but they did not respond.  They say on thier website that there is "Free Cancelation and Free Return" but there is no information listed for returns.  In addition, they do not have a phone number listed.

It looks like you were trying to buy something off a website which is located outside of the U.S. The higher price tag (additional) comes from whatever they claim as "currency exchange" fees. Yes, it is a rip off. You will need to be more careful next time when you do online shopping. Make sure that the seller you are buying from is in the U.S. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to cancel any transaction.
