M.N.D. Report Office Daniel Oberlin, Chief Prize Consultant Sends Misleading "PRIZE AWARD" to 90-year old mother who sends them money each month... Malibu, California

My 90-year old mother receives letters M.N.D. Report Center (Daniel Oberlin) sometimes 3 or 4 times a week, with and authentic looking COMPLETION DOCUMENT telling her she must verify who she is and send them a "Handling Fee" of $20.00 to claim her $1,400,000 prize. Even I have trouble understanding the attached letter that goes with the claimed document. My mother cannot even remember that she has already sent them $20.00 two days earlier.  This company is nothing but a rip-off artist and should be closed down and people made aware of how these places work. WHY DOESN'T SOMEONE do something to stop them???  My mother refuses to listen to me about it and continues to spend the money on these ripoffs to the point where she her address has been sold to every Prize Winning Rip Off and Psychic known.  She spends more than half her income on this and cannot pay her bills and calls to borrow money. Now I cannot even get her in assisted living because we don't have the money. I am sick to find out how her money has gone...and that this kind of thing is allowed to continue. THESE people should be in prison, and FINED by the government. That should bring in tons of income to the government, because I doubt they even claim half of what they get. She sometimes has to get money orders to send them.
