This is the second time I have a charge on my credit card. The last time I called and had it removed.

This time I waited and waited on the phone any finally gave up after a half hour.

I guess this is just a case of, "I am mad as hell and I am not going to take it any more".

These folks have to realize that this can not go on.

My worst fear is that an older person might just go ahead and pay it, this time it was only a buck, but I have in the past been billed 196.00 a couple of years back and that company did the same thing as Galleria USA.
