MO2 Simple Escapes2 ripoff I noticed $134.00 charged to my debit card dated Jan. 6, 2004 by this company, i never made any purchases on this date, Omaha Nebraska

i noticed i was charged $134.00 on my debit card by this address
MO2 SimpleEscapes2. I never purchased anything with this company and when i called them to ask what the charges were all about, they said that my husband signed up for membership to this website. My husband has no access to my debit card since it is my own account,he cannot even use my website because i have my own website and he needs a password to get into mine and the company is telling me that my website was used to sign up for membership. i requested cancellation of membership and they said they were to refund me my money.My husband is the primary subscriber to AOL and i suspect this is how they got through, i have used my debit card with a number of purchases for christmas but never purchased anything from this company.
