I contacted Jay Cahane in Aug 2008, when he had promised dividends to start appearing. He was forthcoming (as he was on later contacts) on progress and plans and promised dividends soon. The Q4 2008 newsletter showed progress, obstacles and plans. They expected paying patients by end of Jan. 2009.

A Q1 2009 Newsletter has not been posted. My Entrust statement for Q1, 2009 showed no income. Since summer 2008, the place where I get my imaging has built a 4 story office building, an adjacent 3 story garage, moved from a trailer into the building and has been servicing clients since March.

I am trying to contact Northwest Medical Center in Winfield Alabama, Radiology, MIS' first client for confirmation. Since my first investment, I have been solicited from Nevada several times for different investments. I've turned them all down. See Ripoff report 329483.
