Moda Modeling Agency CHECKING ACCOUNT RIPOFF!! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BANKING INFO!! Chicago Illinois

I heard about this modeling agency and checked it out, to make a long story short they are a scam. First of all they say they will take pictures of you and hype you up to come back for a photo snap shot, they are the worst picture you will ever take, a disposable takes much better pictures and they have the nerve to put them up on your so-called website. You do have the option to get your own but don't claim to be a "modeling management co." and you can't even take basic pictures.

Additionally, I allowed for them to take money out of my accout to begin the process $100, then weeks later they called to ask if they could take another $100 out and I agreed. Now I did not check the box on the contract that would allow for automatic deduction from my account which is why the second time they called to ask for permission, come to find out the next scheduled payperiod (because I made certain arrangements but informed them that I would pay by money order), they just took it upon themselves to deduct $200 from my "Joint Account" with my fiance, so ultimately something bounced, our rent check! So I called pissed and do you know they have yet to refund my money? They gave plenty of excuses about how I am supposed to pay the full amount, but clearly there was a breach of contract if you automatically take money I didn't authorize.

They think the statute of limitations will run out but I have a suprise for them! I depend on my fiance to take care of me so they scammed the both of us!

Please be carefully on who you send money too or allow to have your account information!
