dwight founded manhattan model search back in the late 80s. one of his employees was David Mogul, the guy who is now president of Model Search America.
david goes off and starts his own company run exactly like manhattan model search. meanwhile, ol dwight gets in big trouble with the feds and is about to be shut down so he closes manhattan model search sometime around 1999. the company stays shut for almost a year until new owners come in and buy the place.
meanwhle, dwight agnor goes and opens nycfame (aka nyc fame - spelled both ways on various sites).
so now dwight has started or helped start 3 of the 4 big model search scams out there.
he is allegedly a felon from a stint in washington, d.c. with a now out of business place called washington models. he conned the owner into hiring him and 3 months later the place was shut down and dwight fled to new york to resurface as manhattan model search.
so model search america can claim they're the best, but they're no better than their roots- and their roots are tied to the biggest scumbag out there, dwight agnor.

The information provided to ROR is a malicious attempt on behalf of convicted felons to destroy my good reputation. It is fraught with deliberate lies.
The company filing this report, TCTalent was, before being shut down as a criminal enterprise by federal and state agencies, the largest model scam in the history of the industry.
ROR has carefully documented the fact that TCTalent deliberately and methodically filed bogus reports, such as this one, against most every legitimate person in the modeling industry.
The simple fact is, I have never had any dealings of any kind with Model Search America. I have never even heard of Millennium Models. I have never in nearly 20 years in the modeling industry been involved in any kind of criminal investigation. Manhattan Model Search, the company I began in 1989, has never been closed, has never gone out of business, but rather was sold in 1999 to a group of Wall Street investors.
ROR has a long and detailed file of TCTalent and its director Alec Defrawy, a convicted felon who has served several years in federal prison, was convicted of child abuse and making false reports on the Internet.
I have always and still do have the absolute support of most every major model agency in the world. Anyone interested in verifying my true credentials need only contact any of those agencies directly.

I am an Office Director with TCT and know people at corporate. I know this report originated from the Castnet operation. Paul Shultz and Erin Cameron work closely together with Jay Wallace and have concocted these reports to discredit this site.
I was going to keep quiet about it until Monday when Alec told us he wanted us to file bogus reports on this site so that the media could not get ahold of customer. (When ROR tried to give the names of clients and former scouts they would get us instead.) This company is out of control and lawsuit happy. I would talk to the media but now ironically they have made ROR the only safe place to provide information.
I feel sorry for the scouts in the KCAL story because Alec told us that they had sued them and they are even suing the media that went undercover. I know there are others that think this bogus plan is so dumb, but we are forced to go along with it because we need a paycheck.
Anonymous for now.
P.S. Here is a newflash for other employees: Alec said ROR wouldn't check the information. I have provided my true information and have been called by ROR on my last rebuttal. They promised to keep my information confidential and I believe it is protected by the Constitution.
