I ordered a hydraulic tent for two that was advertised and shown folding nicely into an oblong bag. The hydraulic lift cost extra and I was charged extra. The tent sent bore no resemblance to what was advertised. there was no hydraulic set-up, merely spring-launched. It came in a flimsy disk-shaped case and was a total nightmare to get folded back into it. I have emailed the customer service many times, followed their directions for return request and never have received a reply.
