Money Back MX Have not received refund that was promised to me from Effy in Cozumel Cozumel, Mexico Mexico

I purchased a ring from Effy in Cozumel Mexico on 5/12/17 during a cruise with Carnival. The clerk told me about the money back offer, which did make my decision a little easier on making the purchase. The clerk actually walked us over to the Money back store.
All the paperwork was filled out by the clerk at the Money Back Store. As of this date I have not received any credit on my credit card account for the money back. I do not know if Effy was in with the Money Back store or what, but someone owes me some money back on my purchase of 1295.00. I have written a email to the money back store and have not heard anything about it yet.
