Purchased a piece of jewelery in Cozumel, Mexico from Diamonds International in November 2016.  Are in dispute regarding the value of the jewlery along with never receiving moneyback from as promised from the retailer. Filled out the paperwork at the retailers store on the day of purchase.  Was told I would get back a credit back on my credit card still waiting for it.  There website states 6-8 weeks.  Its been over 8 weeks nothing yet.    No customer service.  Tried reaching them at there website and can not.  I dont think this a reputable company.
