Moneygram says for security reasons they will not transfer US$260 I want to send to a friend in the Phillipines. They will not elaborate. I am legitimate, I have more than enough money in my bank account which I provided to them, and the receiver is legitimate.

They already deducted the $260 from my bank, but said it would take 10 business days for them to return it to me. So, Moneygram gets the float on my money for 10 days while not providing the service.
