Welp,

I'm an insurance agent and was a loan officer when I bought the leads for $1,750.  Not only did I not receive any leads I didn't receive my money back.  I went to the bank to get a copy of my bank statement and copy of the check.  In hopes of at least taking these people to small claims court for really crippling me financially and pretty much putting me in the street, I'm asking anyone that knows any info to help me out... current lawsuits, pending lawsuits, calling NAR and District Attorney, will that even accomplish anything?!?

Anyways I'm a lilttle late going after them since no one has seen hide or hair.. but really there has to be a way to nail these guys how how how?!? ideas?  I can buy the baseball bats and chains if more people will follow me lol.  My heart goes out to any of you guys who got swindled too.  Sorry bout yer luck.  Lets join forces and get these guys even if it's a low amount.  Look at the thousands of posts on all the sights we gotta get them!!!

Moneytree Funding Bob Beck sent me e-mail about qualified leads and he referred to himself as a friendly realtor/Jason Kaufman gave me a phone call and pressured me into signing an Application/Delivery Agreement with no Company address. He promised to send the leads via e-mail the 2 days at the latest after signing & collected $250.00 from my cc; I requested next am to cancel & refund me but did not do it. Canoga Park California
