We have been doing business with Monica Neish at Kiwi Creations for just about a year. She deals with hair extensions and we would send her human hair extensions and she would give us her credit card to charge.
The last time we sent the hair was when everything turned sour. It was the same time of product we had been sending her for months and she claimed it was poor quality and that "she has been working in the industry for so long and knows when a quality is poor product". We had charged her client's card and then promptly offered a refund. This refund was under the condition that we could receive the hair back in tact. She agreed and then we never heard from her again. Not only did we lose $500.00 on the sale, but another $600.00 for the hair, labour and next day shipping. We have tried to contact her numerous times, via e-mail and phone and she doesn't pick up nor return our calls. If you are in the Toronto area DO NOT go see this woman to get your extensions done, she is a scam artist.
There is also another claim on this website where she stole another woman's money. This has to stop, business cannot be conducted in such a manner. Not everyone has the money and the ressources to deal with incidents like this.

I, along with many girlfriends have been going to Monica for our hair extensions. She simply is the best in the City and very trusting. It is really sad that a company who actually is the one fake gets to post negative comments. Monica of Kiwi Creations is one of the most reilable and professional people I have ever met. She wouldn't be the top extension artist in the City of Toronto if bogus comments like the one posted is true. Monica is the real deal and so are her talents!!!!

Fake Russian Hair!!

I cannot believe that a comapny who sends me bleached out orange , indian hair extensions instead of the expensive russian hair we ordered would have the nerve to right a bad report about us!!! Give me a break!! Just how do you justify charging $700 to my client promising virgin (uncoloured) blond russian handmade hair wefts and sending us hair that has a black weft with orange hair on it!!!
I had the hair tested and yes, it is Indian and yes you bleached it and no, you did not make the wefts , they were made by a factory on a big machine. Time? Labour? Who's time and labour are you talking about? Maybe the poor people in the factory that you bought the hair from in India should be compensated!!!!!
I have asked you to provide my client with an apology and me, with a delivery account that you use so that we can send the hair back to you at no expense to us and you have yet to do so. When you are ready to rectify this then contact me!!!
I think you should be ashamed of yourself for knowingly providing a FAKE product.
