Monica Tadros Doctor will not return over 20k dollars for a cancelled medical procedure! Englewood NJ

I was planning to have a sinus surgery with this office. The office requires payment in full to book a surgical date, even if the surgery is booked months in advance. Someone strange that they require payment in full. Nonetheless, I paid it as I was desperate for relief with my sinuses.   After reading some very bad reviews on Yelp, I felt very uncomfortable moving forward. I contacted the office and was very honest as to why I was cancelling.  I have reached out to the office multiple times since then as they have not returned my money and are playing games with me. I have read multiple reviews that they overcharge and are very financial motivated. So much so that it seems to be priority over patient care. Sadly, now I am needing to dispute over 20k dollars with my credit card companies. Be cautious if you choose to work with this office as you might find yourself in the same position..
