On 11/20/11 we had a break in at our business and lost several hundred dollars worth of products. The alarm either failed or was not responded to by Monitronics. At 11am the local patrol officer entered the building after he arrived and saw the glass of the front door broken out, at THAT time the alarm worked.
A service man came out at the time of the response and made the statement that he thought the Sheriff was in on the break in.
We have had a major go around regarding the alarm system and no one at Monitronics or Champion Security can explain how, why or if the alarm failed.
They tried to blame our staff, which we don't have, the Sheriff and even us.
