cancelled services after a year due to loss of home 2010. company continued to bill my card. Had to cancel bank account. trying to charge me for another year or more despite being cancelled. Contacted Company to no avail. asking to resolve this. they put negative account on my credit report. Saw many reports of how this company does this same thing to others. won't cancel when you ask them to.
