I too received a charge on my credit card (debit) from Monrovia only now it's Monrovia Designs same phone 703-348-7199. I wasn't sure since it was $11.49 if I had done it so I sent a e-mail to the address given to ask what this might be. Unlike the others I got an answer back only they wanted the last for digits of my credit account to confirm. Needless to say I will not be giving it to them after checking all the fraud allegations by others on the internet. My bank will reverse the charge but seeing as so many people have been affected by this how come no one knows about it??
