They sent me a part that was not as pictured, with missing plug. I contacted them and the girl said "you can take off your old connector" I said, it's missing, that's why I paid extra. She proceeded to talk her way out of it saying something about the part discouninued, or it's a replacement part. I finally had to cut her off and said "the point is - you did not send me what I ordered" She finally put me on hold for about 5 minutes, than she comes back on the line and says "we can send a discount or return label" We agreed on a $4 dollar discount. So I check PayPal and she only refunded .99
