To Whom it May Concern:
About three months ago, I sent away for a skin care product that was advertised and reommended by Dr. Oz and Ellen Degeneres.
I used the sample and did not plan on buying any, but much to my dismay, they kept sending things snd draining my bank account. I called several times to cancel, but they continued to send their products. They continued to take money out so today I am filing a complaint. I am 72 and living on a very limited income, Please help.
