I signed up and completed payment to Vip Social media "vipsocialmedia.com" in early dec 09 and over the next 5 weeks I made multiple attempts via phone (2 different numbers) and many email address to find out what was going on with my order and they just ignored me, the of course accepted my payment and after that just disappeared. Morgran Westerman and his assistant Joey Ruedas have done nothing but rip me off. Do not do business with Morgan Westerman or Joey Ruedas unless you want to get ripped off. They do business under many names online, here is a list of the one's I know of:

If you know of any other Morgran Westerman business names or websites please add them so we can stop anyone else from losing their money to Morgan Westerman or Vip Social Media
I am out over $600 so please be careful and avoid doing business with Morgan Westerman

Finally Received my refund

This is someone from Laguna Niguel who paid Morgan $500 in August 2009 for a program he never launched. After many persistent requests, I finally received my refund today (1/19/2010).

I've tried calling Morgan, his project manager, Joey, on numerous occasions but to no avail. I've tried emailing but that doesn't get any responses either. I've filed a complaint with PayPal. They've decided in my favor but couldn't recover any funds from the seller's account.
This guy is unethical. Stay away from him and his business practices.

I was also ripped off by Morgan Westerman. He has promised my refund and continues to stall, and I have received nothing from him after paying him $500. I tried finding records of his LLC without success on the CA Secretary of State website. If anyone has information to assist with this please let me know. I have a ripoff report filed as well. You can comment on my ripoff report from Laguna Niguel CA. All of the following have led to dead-ends for me:
