Morris Glass Horrible customer service, Job not done, Rude Claude Texas -TX

Horrible experience. Terry (i think) was extremely rude and hung up on me several times. We have still not had the simple job of window and screen replacement completed after 6 months and many many calls to set up appointments. We don't live at the house and not only was the install very poor (lots of dust getting in the window), but without letting us know, they left the screen on the front porch where it was destroyed when we paid them to install it. I have never been treated like this from any business EVER!
