Morrison Media Group Andrew Morrison They sold two refinance websites on bizben.com that would be a total purchase of 40K. They stopped communicating and didn't provide anything after the first purchase of $10,000.

I made the first purchase for two websites from Andrew Morrison at Morrison Media Group back in October. He was selling them on bizben.com. After a deposit of $250 he contacted through email and gave training for one hour on how to buy adds on google. He then sent two bills via paypal totalling $10,000.
After the $10k was paid there were a few emails of promises from him that the websites would be complete. The websites were supposed to be complete within 1-2 weeks as per the deal. It has been three months and now no communication.
I have asked for the money back and sent the quotes back to him via paypal. Still no communication.

I with through the same process with Andrew Morrison. I gave him $10k and was ghosted on a business deal. I wonder if we could work together to report him and get our money back?
