 MAG was and still is able to keep me in my home after 13 months of working with the bank; even after my husband got employment they are still able to help me with the modification. If it wasn't for MAG I would have lost my home months ago. THANK YOU MAG!!!!

wish I could express a uniqueness to our financial and mortgage situation, Unfortunately, we are like millions of American who have found themselves wither with decreased income and/or loss of income; and upside down in our mortgage. We just happened to be all of the above!

Being proactive individuals and following the recommendations of the financial gurus..."if there's a threat of financial problems, contact your creditors, lenders to get necessary assistance needed. Well, we did just that...but to no avail.

After being warned of the multitude of scam-artists by our lender, viewing and reading local news articles; then being referred to one 800 number after another, only to find the so-called HOPE line, left us feeling emotionally defeated and HELPLESS. Initially we were current with our mortgage payment; lost of one income and the other suffered California state mandated furloughs and 15% income decrease; thus our lender did not extend assistance or recommendations to restructure our loan.

Through a miracle and with trepidations Mortgage Assistance Group came when all promise of hope was gone. After a year meeting each demon and tactic our lender, we found ourselves in a crisis...the very thing we sought to avoid FORECLOSURE. Today our home was to be foreclosed...With Mortgage Assistance Group's help we have been extended a reprived for another 30-days.

Through MAG strong partnership of individuals (thanks Jesse and LaToya), who remained passed their normal business hours to ensure documents were secured, faxed and confirmed received, we are able to gain strength to have grace and mercy to fight another fight to keep our home. I feel with certainty next month our home loan will be APPROVED for modification, lessening the financial burden of our current situation.
