You will be ripped off for $2200.00 to get a Forensic Loan Audit & Loan Modification which will take them 60-120 days. In the mean time your mortgage company or bank will start the foreclosure process on your property. As it turns out at least here in Minnesota they are a Scam outfit & their practices are totally illegal. They are very nice to work with but all they are doing is stringing you along. Take it from a sucker who has lost $1500.00 to date & possibly my home.
