I just wanted to say to Chris in NC and all others concerned about the business practices of Mortgage Lenders, you should be. I worked for the company several years back, and the same issues were going on then. Steve Blisko changed the company name several times during my employment. People rarely received the leads they paid for. A local news affiliate in Jax, recently did an investigative report on the company and mentioned that a federal investigation is underway. DO NOT do business with that company.

#3 UPDATE EX-employee responds
I too witnessed their rip-offs
AUTHOR: Keri - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, April 07, 2008
I built most of the back-end of their website about 3 years ago, and I too witnessed their tampering of leads as well as their company name changes.
The two people with the company who I reported to were Ted Kokkinos and Steve Blisko. Ted instructed me on several occasions to falsify the number of leads being provided to clients through the website. This was done in the programming of the website, so that employees would be kept unaware.
#2 UPDATE Employee
False Report by Disgruntled Ex-employee
AUTHOR: Human - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, May 05, 2007
This report is completely false.
I am a current employee and have been with the company for 5 years. There has never been a "susan" in the employ of this company.
There has never been a "name change". MortgageLenders operates a good business with thousands of customers. The complaints we see represent less than .05% of the base and most are resolved.
The other businesses are unrelated and not part of the lead generation business conducted under ML.cc
The AG investigaation is civil and there is no federal investigation. Morevover the postings referenced in the links provided are contributory by us to assist or announce and nothing more.
Our attorneys are researching this false post. If this was truly an employee or ex-employee they can conatct our HR department with any concerns. To date we have received none.
