Motegiracing - Extreme Customs ripoff, credit card scam, Appleton Wisconsin

Not ONE of the statements that the customer has just posted against us is true. The customer called us and SPECIFICALLY asked for a wheel/tire package for thier vehicle. We informed the customer BEFORE we took the order that we had to order them from California, FROM MOTEGI (he says they are sueing us...yet the are selling us thier OFFICIAL Motegi wheels, if this were true, they would not sell us their product....hmmm?!?!).

The customer then AGREED to the order by giveing us their credit card number. We then ordered the wheels and they were shipped out THAT DAY to us, so we could mount and balance them. The customer then called 4 days (not 1) later and then told us they wanted a bigger wheel for thier vehicle. We then mentioned to the customer that they couldnt get that wheel in that size/bolt pattern (which they knew because it WAS NOT listed on our website).

The customer then told us that they wanted to cancel the order. I advised them that the wheels were special order and that there is a 20% cancelation (not restocking) fee. (because they were special order and we had to pay for shipping to us). The customer AGREED to the 20% fee because he wanted the money to order other wheels for his vehicle. Then months later called and told us that they didnt agree with this fee and then said if we didnt send him the remaining balance that he would post things on the web about us. He knows the truth and he is not telling it...

We have done LOTS of business with LIGIT customers that knew what they wanted BEFORE they bought and we can provid phone numbers to you so you can see how their order went. We will tell you upfront (as we did with this customer) where the wheels are and when we can get them to you.

But we ARE NOT a scam. To prove it...call the phone number on the back of your credit card and say that you want to do business with Extreme Customs, LLC in Wisconsin. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express will verify that WE ARE LIGIT! (or they wouldn't let us accept THEIR card)!

Extreme Customs, LLC ownes SEVERAL websites relating to aftermarket products including MotegiRacing.net and we will NOT rip you off!! We want you to be comfortable with us, and your order. I know that buying things online and out of state can make people nervous, because you dont know who is on the other end.
