Dec.9th2014 my husband and I purchased a extended warrenty from Motor vehicle services. We provided them with a down payment, then a month later they deducted the monthly premium from our account. About mid January we tried to use the coverage but was told per the dealership that we didn't have a contract . We mailed a cancelation notice to the company a month later February 9 the still drafted funds from our account. All the did was give us the run around. Now we have LAW INFORCEMENT involved as well as our bank is now taking a closer look into this matter. People please be careful this company are very good at ripping people off.
