Mountain Crest Gardens she cahrged me for a different amount than what was my receipt on the internet Ripoff Etna California

i ordered a flowers i processed my card info and receive by billing info this was done by internet well the bill was for shipping only so i email the place ask if this was correct was this a promotion are end of season are a giveaway there was charge for the flower so i got an email back that stated my account had been updated and processed so i check the web again and nothing had change i got a messege stating that my card didnot go thru so i email the lady back ask her how to go and reenter my card no not know the reason it didnt go thru was because she was billing me more the what was stated on internet for shipping only so i reneterd my card and when i check my bank she had over billed me so i emailed her told that that was not the payment it was qouted from the net she stated there was in error in her billing so i told her well i didnt want the flower because i was not willing to pay that amount and when i email about my charge she stated back in her email that my account had been updated and reproccessed so my bank stated i had to clear this up with her since i did authorize a payment now she will not contact me back nor have i gotten my product
