Mountainside Fitness Core Concepts Mislead into signing contract, rip-off scam and conn Scottsdale, Arizona

Our contracts may be placed on hold, with a $35 fee, at a maximum of 2 months per contract.  In the event of a Military TDY or Medical Injury, we will waive the fee and extend the hold for a reasonable time.  The client must apply for such hold by signing an "account change form" and have documentation to waive the fee mentioned.  To protect our company, holds will not be instated through simple verbal request.



In the event a customer relocates outside of a 25 mile radius from a Mountainside Fitness facility, and can show proof of such a move, they may "buy-out" of their contractual obligation.  The termination fee for said buy-out is equal to but no more than 25% of the remaining contract balance.  In this case, the client would be eligible for the buy-out. 



After two consecutive uncollected bill cycles, the contract is turned over to a collection agency.  The amount turned over to collections is equal to the full contract value of the agreement and includes any fees for costs of collections.  Upon signing the agreement, the buyer agrees to be held responsible for all collections costs. 



I would encourage the disgruntled client to reach out by calling our corporate office.  This is an issue that can be easily resolved.
