Hi my name is Maddydoyle and I am explaing why I am so angry about movie star planet. In September I bought a vip package for £9 but am not sure exactly how much and it was a month contract. So in November I just checked on it and I was still a vip and I was really confused so emailed them about it and they said there was a payment box but there wasnt when I tried so if I wouldnt of checked it would of kept on taking money and I would like them to transfer the money back in because I haven't been on it because I thought the month was over but clearly wasnt !!! Could you email me back asap, my email is (((redacted)))
