Movie2u.com is a website that claims to sell DVDs movies. I puchased a few DVD from the site and they were not delivered. I have tried on several occassions to contact them and I keep getting one of those standard e-mail responses. They recently sent an e-mail to confirm yet another order, which I DID NOT place. I have since reported the site to the relevant authorities. Please lookout for these sites that provide little or no information on how to find them. scam artist at work.

I am Martin, a representative from www.Movie2u.com and have been assigned to follow up on your above posting.

I do not have your order number, so I could not verify your order specifically. But I will assume that the confirmation email that you have received is a replacement order for your original order that you have placed sent out at our own costs. We do not keep any of your credit card details and do not have the ability to place order on your behalf/charging your card, and I believe you will be able to verify this with your credit card statement.

There is indeed some shipping problem at that time when we are processing your order, and I believe you should have received your replacement order in hand by then. We apologize for the delays on your last order.

I will endeavor my best to explain to you on the shipping delays that has occurred when you placed your order at that time. The customs office in our country has created a new regulation on disallowing the export of optical disc. To put this into practice, they have put up optical scanner on all mail processing center and exit port that will scan packages randomly and will confiscate any packages that has been detected. This sudden change of regulation has stun our shipping operation at that time, as some of the package sending to our valued customers has been seized by the customs. However we do send out replacement order at own costs until it reaches our customers, and at that time, we worked hard to establish a new dispatch center via a new improved shipping method.

We are content to say that the shipping issue has been fully solved on April 2007, and have proven to be consistent and even more reliable for the past 10 months. If you have placed an order with us on an earlier date and have informed us that you have not received your order, we believed that you have already received your package with some delay to the regular schedule. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

If you still have the order # or the email address you used for placing order, please contact us through our email address directly. We would like to hear from you personally and to make sure that your order has been resolved to your satisfaction. For your security and privacy reason, it is not recommended for you to post your personal information in a public forum.
