As a newcomer to movie downloads I searched for a legal site. Movie Capital proclaimed their 'legal' status. What they are actually selling is access to old poor quality movies. I was shocked by how blatant the scam was. There is no attempt to provide any thing anyone in their right mind would pay to download - and certainly not at the price $39.99 (29 GBP).
THey are preying on inexperienced users and hooking them with the 'we're legal' line. It is nothing less than a blatant scam. They do list what yoi get acess to in the 'disclaimer' and so may have covered themselves as far as being sued is concerned. However they are definitely running a scam and they know it.

movie download sites are a scam

I checked out Movie Capital and all the other sites. I found at least 5 sites that
have the same terms of service. I also went into their site to buy a membership.
I found that they have the same layout on their sites. I believe that Movie Downloads operates at least 5 sites with different sites. Do not enroll in sites that
are Peer to Peer Networks. They are pirated software.. I also found the reviews
could be written to boost sales by the companies themselves.
Take for example Movie Capital. They provide the terms or disclaimer. They have it
hidden in a dark maroon color. I had to get my magnifying glass out to find it. I would copy it here except they have something blocking you from copying it. They are hiding there terms. I found maybe 200 movies in their Disclaimer that they are licensed. Thats all they have.
Simply put they don't want customers to know their terms of service so they hide it.
I found no site except sites that charge for each movie. Lets face it. Hollywood
does want to give this type of service away. They discount each movie and hollywood get their cut. Any unlimited site has maybe couple hundred movies that
hollywood decided to part with. Probably "B" movies
Currently MoviesCapital.com has been licensed by its licensors to distribute by the means of download/stream/vod the following list titles to its members: 1st Testament : CIA Vengence,6 Comics From Miami,A halfway house christmas,abas dance,american alien,anamerican candidate,an uzi at the alamo,angel and the badman,antisocial behaviour,ants,before last night,behave yourslef,big brys BBQ,big guns,bleeding iowa,born 2b gangsta,broke,bruce lee's secret,bugs bunny adventures,cartoons on parade,chain of souls,checking the gate,corazon,corrupt lieutenant,cotton flowers,crippled creek,cubes,day of miracles,day of redemption,dogs life,donald & dot clock,down under,drop box,dv8,easy street,eight lanes in hamilton,emblaming love,escape from sobibor,escape in time,exile in buyukada,exit 38,eyes of night,fatal desire,Fear itself,Felix the cat- complete collection, Fersein's gate, Feuille, first time caller, Frank, Freaky circus guy, Give and take and take,
none of these movies interest me. I personally will find a site that I pay for each movie for a reasonable price. No p2p networking for me. I respect the industry and will not get involved in piracy.
Simply put they lie to the public and make all sorts of claims. The Federal Trade Commission site is my next stop to file a complaint against at least five of these crooks
SO BE SMART. RESEARCH AND RESEARCH MORE. tHERE IS BOUND TO BE SOMEONE WITH A LARGE SELECTION OF MOVIES THAT ARE LEGAL.
