Moving Simplified Company van destroyed landscaping light and has not taken care of the damage. Charlotte North Carolina

On September 13, 2014 a van owned and operated by Moving Simplified pulled into our driveway plainly marked "private drive" and proceeded to run over our landscaping and destroyed one of our lights. The driver claimed he was lost. That day I called the company and was instructed to send a text message to the owner Eric Snider. I did and he offered to replace or cover the cost of the broken light.
It is now July 2016 and he has not replaced the lamp or covered the cost of replacing it. The light cost us $104 to replace.
If a company his this little regard for other peoples property I would cetrtainly question using them to move my items.
